Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SwissHub, an AI-powered mail management service for Swiss ePost, operated by Akson Group Sarl, Rue Caroline 2, 1003 Lausanne, Switzerland. By accessing or using SwissHub, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using SwissHub in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the service.
2. Service Description
SwissHub is an AI-powered mail management platform for Swiss ePost. The service includes:
- Automatic synchronization of your ePost mail
- AI-powered analysis and summarization of mail content
- Intelligent categorization and organization of correspondence
- Deadline detection and tracking for time-sensitive documents
3. Account & Registration
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating your account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscription & Payment
SwissHub offers the following plans:
- Free tier: limited features at no cost, subject to usage limits
- Business plan: CHF 89 per month, billed monthly via Stripe
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date
- Refunds are available within 14 days of the initial subscription or renewal, provided the service has not been extensively used during that period
5. User Obligations
When using SwissHub, you agree to:
- Use the service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with Swiss law
- Not attempt to disrupt, overload, or abuse the service or its infrastructure
- Maintain and safeguard your ePost credentials and account information
- Respect the intellectual property and privacy rights of third parties
6. Intellectual Property
The SwissHub brand, logo, AI models, software, and all associated intellectual property are owned by Akson Group Sarl and are protected by Swiss and international intellectual property laws. You retain full ownership of your mail content and personal data. Your use of SwissHub does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you beyond a limited, revocable license to use the service.
7. Data & Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. The collection, processing, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
SwissHub's AI analysis is provided for informational and organizational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. Akson Group Sarl shall not be liable for any decisions made based on AI-generated analysis. To the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law (Swiss Code of Obligations, Art. 97ff), our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service availability on a best-effort basis. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. No Service Level Agreement (SLA) is provided for free-tier accounts. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice. We are not liable for interruptions caused by third-party services, including ePost or internet service providers.
10. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Akson Group Sarl reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, with or without prior notice. Upon termination, you will have 30 days to export your data. After this period, all your data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Modifications to Terms
Akson Group Sarl may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of material changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of SwissHub after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the service.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, specifically the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR). The provisions of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) are expressly excluded.
13. Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Lausanne, Canton of Vaud, Switzerland.
