• Mail management: syncing, organizing, and displaying your ePost mail
• AI analysis: content analysis and categorization via Anthropic Claude to help you manage your mail
• Notifications: email alerts about new mail, deadlines, and important updates
• Service improvement: analyzing usage patterns to improve SwissHub's features and reliability

We use the following third-party processors to operate SwissHub. All processors are contractually bound to protect your data:

• Supabase: database hosting (EU region eu-central-1, PostgreSQL)
• AWS S3: file storage (EU region eu-central-1)
• Anthropic: AI-powered mail analysis (Claude)
• Sentry: error tracking and application monitoring
• Vercel: application hosting and deployment
• Resend: transactional email delivery

Your account data is retained for as long as your account remains active. Upon account deletion, all personal data — including mail content, credentials, and usage data — is permanently deleted within 30 days. Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for analytics purposes.

Access to production systems is restricted and monitored. We conduct regular security reviews to maintain our security posture.

• Necessary cookies: session management and language preferences — these are essential for the service to function and cannot be disabled
